      Pros

      Company supports living a healthy way of life! Pay is hands down the best in the industry - if you work hard they support you! Life TIme always works for you if you work for them. They take great care of me and truly care about their employees and make it an amazing place to work. They truly care about making the world a healthier place! Company is run with passion from its CEO Bahram Akradi. Opportunities for advancement are all over. You don't have to "sell your soul" to move up. Just be strategic, methodical, and work hard while at work.

      Cons

      Hours can be long but it is up to the employee to have the work life balance.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
