      Pros

      we helped people lead healthier lives with innovative programs and design

      Cons

      overall bad experience. Forgot to pay me on several occasions. 100% commission environment= lots of people stealing sales. management did "shady" business behind the scenes, lots of GREED. Nobody really has your back, not a great team environment in the PT department. Benefits ....what benefits?? Zero work life balance you are just a dollar sign to senior management.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
