      Free membership and some great members. Fun team to work with

      Pay, and the constant changing of policies and proceedures. They are constantly changing how things are done and is very difficult for the members to keep up with

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
