      employees, members were great. Love the cafe and the whole environment

      Cons

      pay is way to low, we needed a manager in the spa i put in for it but didn't even get an interview and other coworkers were pushing for me

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
