      Pros

      Everything you need is at life time: cafe, spa, pools, courts, fitness

      Cons

      Minimum wage, long hours, useless online learning, company seems to have a new direction every 6 months, management changes every 3 months, work all holidays with nothing in return, they expect the world from you for minimum wage and no recognition

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
