Pros

The company is dedicated to its core values. Other staff are very friendly creating a nice community atmosphere. Employees receive a membership so you can work out before or after your shift. If you are looking to make money by picking up extra hours, there are constantly shifts to fill putting you into overtime pay very quickly.

Cons

Getting held after work when others do not come in for their shifts. Head staff not enforcing staff regulations. Mainly a lot of problems with there not being a system in place for people who didn't come into work.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
