      Pros

      THey offer a diamond status gym membership to their employees. They also offer discounts to all the facilities like lifecafe lifespa and the various group classes.

      Cons

      Depending on your facility they show favoritism to inexperienced friends and family during the hiring process, rather than a seasoned assistant manager getting a promotion.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
