      Pros

      Good education for employees Good amount of hours available to work

      Cons

      Too much emphasis placed on revenue. No leniency for overtime, time off, vacations, even sick days. Have an opinion? Don't voice it. Upper management fails to understand how the front line staff works and treats them poorly, unfairly, and refuse to help when needed. A complete man's world atmosphere. Women are not treated fairly unless working with a fellow woman.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
