      Pros

      Great environment, high energy, independent workday, self-paced. Healthy opportunity for interaction with members and coworkers , but it's also good for people who are more introverted and want to focus on their work. Good full-time benefits.

      Cons

      Bureacracy-related hold ups in process, politics. Poor corporate decision making in the name of cost-cutting

      Pros

      Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

      Cons

      Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
