Pros

You quickly learn that everyone in this company is vastly underpaid with the exception of corporate. You learn how mis-managed these clubs are. The leads, supervisors, department managers, and general managers all have different visions and are all your boss. You see the wealth disparity amongst team members and members. How can a company charge over $200/monthly per member and only pay team members less than $10/hourly. The job responsibilities makes it not worth it.

Cons

You are over-tasked, over-worked, and asked to come in all the time but scolded for going into overtime. The LifeTime work app (beekeeper, LT) overloads you with too many group text and too many posts. It’s Facebook for work. Can’t move up in this company, never your career. The free membership is a rip-off. You can get fired for taking a machine from a member.

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
