      Pros

      Financially unlimited if you’re willing to grind, simple but not easy at all. Career oriented individuals only, not worth it at all if you aren’t looking to stay 3 plus years. Industry leader in the healthy way of life industry! To be successful, you will have to evolve daily/monthly/yearly and there are so many resources here to do just that!

      Cons

      Exhausting, humbling, and at times you feel like you’re going crazy due to unique circumstances with members.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
