Pros

Commute is minimal and they take advantage of that by calling me 24/7 no work/life balance, Managers can take all the time they want, no equity. I have acquired time off but cant use it.

Cons

Too much work for one person. Frustration is relentless. The engineer position takes care of the entire building and performs break/fix work on all building components, air, water, washers, dryers, Pools. Pay is terrible, No raises, No incentives unless it benefits Lifetime, like their sales tactic to get employees to sell their merchandise and give the employee a whopping 10%.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
