Management didn't have a clue as to how to do their job. Hired anybody off the streets. Supervisors didn't know anything either, no medical background. Laid off more than half the staff at Renton without warning

Greed at the top.
No leadership at the top or middle.
Blame is pushed downward.
Do as your told, not as leadership does.
There are no processes for management reviews by their direct reports, it only goes downward.
