snacks and free Tuesday lunches, and that is it

Where to start??!! they advertise "great pay" and tell you there's "room for advancement" but what they fail to tell you is that the only way to get great pay and to move up is if you are a member of their church in st. marys. they do not know how to separate church and state, and they make others feel uncomfortable with all their crucifixes, pics of the pope and virgin marys all around (no this is not a religious-based company-it is a security company). they only promote people from their church, they look down on women and people who are not part of the church. they force women to wear clothes practically to their ankles and they do not give raises. their payroll is also a mess....check your checks closely! They will try to rob you without you knowing!!!

Great co-workers and a competitive atmosphere! Management is very understanding and help you grow your career. I have improved professionally in my time here and plan on being here for the long haul!

Pros

This is a friendly work environment where everyone is a member of the family; we look after each, we help each other, we laugh with each other, and we love each other. No matter what happens on a day-to-day basis, there is always someone to answer your questions, show you how to get things done, and ultimately be your friend. There is always a stocked break room and lunches and dinners paid for you on a regular basis. LiveWatch does its best to make sure that you are well taken care of. Promotions and pay raises happen shortly after the training process. Supervisors and Managers do their best to help you move your way up on the ladder of progression.

Cons

With all the good things that come with being a LiveWatch employee, even though there is plenty of food, encouragement, and job progression, there is a lot expected of you. Most of the work that employees deal with is confidential information pertaining to the customers and working with customers, the work can be stressful. Along with that, there are high goals to achieve to push employees to work their hardest. When goals are not met, it can sometimes be disheartening, due to the bonuses that are often tied to meeting the set goals.
