Pros
Remote work (if available), co-employees are nice, introduction to different companies, onboarding is easy, work isn’t very hard, If placed with the right company you can truly make a difference.
Cons
There is no real growth opportunities. Zero salary increases unless you get a promotion which after 2 years, there was nothing insight. CEO talks about how great the company is doing, but only the management team feels any rewards. CEO and management team act like they listen to the employee base but their actions say otherwise. Declining benefits. No work at times or just meaningless busy work for months on end. This job felt like a career steppingstone more than anything else. The turn over rate at this company is extremely high for a reason.
