Pros
When I talk, my boss woman listens. The owner of the company ask me about my weekends, no matter how busy he is (he actually listens too). We care a lot about our clients, which makes it easier to do my job. We have a lot of new things (computers, chairs and desks) and it has been amazing watching the reconstruction of the building that we are in. People bring their family members here (of all ages). It was really special for me walking around and showing my grandpa this office and having him meet 100 plus people. My co-workers still ask me about how he's doing. I try to get involved with any and all opportunities that allow me to reengage my co-workers here and/or new hires, because I always get more out of it than I put in. I honestly feel like getting back to work now and could talk about this for hours (i won't) but just so you know, conciser it a fact, Logical Position is an incredible place to be.
Cons
A different version of the same types of things that you would find in any job. We had low ink one day for 30 minutes. One day, for breakfast (that was catered to us) i only had 2 pieces of bacon. I had to take the plastic off my brand new computer.
