Pros

Just as LP makes it their mission to put the client first, the higher up's at Logical Position make it their priority to take care of their employees just the same. I have never worked for a company that places such high emphasis on employee satisfaction and company culture. From the great opportunities for career growth and upward mobility to the countless office catered breakfasts and lunches, working at LP has been a great environment that I look forward to coming to each day. There is a great open door policy for talking with management and a willingness from everyone to help each other learn. The A.C.E.S program has also been a major factor in the company's success in employee retention. Standing for activities, community, education & social, these four committees have provided us with countless opportunities to mingle outside of work and make a positive influence in the community. I would give LP an all around A+ as my first career focused job out of college.

Cons

Parking lot is running low on spots as we continue to grow as a company. This is an issue that is currently being worked on and a carpool program has already been put in place.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
