      Environment Spiffs Lack of Pressure 'At your own pace'

      Cons

      Managers all have favorites. Not even quietly. Managers giving deals to people who would never hit quota otherwise. Certain people get the special prospecting tools when others do not. People in the office are top producers just because managers are giving them extra deals and special leads. It used to be very quietly done. Recently a bunch of older reps left as it's just getting old.

      Thank you for your feedback. I can understand if a sales manager is trying to help a newer rep, but at our size it needs to be completely standardized.       Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
