      Pros

      It was a remote position. No office locations.

      Cons

      Short training, after 2 weeks you hit the phones. New hiring class every month which speaks to their high turnover rate. Only a few live on to be long-term, high performing sales reps. Contract to hire position in disguise as "permanent" because if you dont get sale in 60-90 days then you get the boot.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
