      Really solid training on digital advertising - important platforms, strategies, and best practices. Great CRM and Operational support.

      Cons

      Very little call training and insight into getting better. Lacking a good coaching function and very little AI utilization.

      Pros

      You learn a lot about the industry Some of the people are great to work with The time off & holiday schedules are decent

      Cons

      The pay is below market value in most positions The company reorganizes at least one team every 2-3 months Upper upper management doesn't care at all about the employees The culture has gotten so bad Leadership has gotten less transparent every year and it's one of the core values! I bet half the human positions are gone by next year
