Pros

--People are fun --Happy Hour every Friday --Across the street from SF Giants Ballpark (chances to win raffle tickets) --nice kitchen

Cons

--pay is very entry-level --not too much help from management once you're on what they call, "free-agency." --very cut-throat when you do not hit goal no matter what condition the commercial real-estate industry is in. --very routine-like conversations with clients so it can get frustrating and boring --you probably shouldn't take a lunch if you want to hit 80+ calls a day to make 1 or 2 sales (tough market right now)

Pros

Training, people, CEO energy and intelligence, salary, benefits, travel

Cons

It is a growing division and feels like a start up company. With that are some learning curves and growing pains.
