      Pros

      Company will be brought by a " Big Fish" sooner. The essence Medicare Advantage Plan

      Cons

      New employees are added for no reason. They keep talking of getting new clients but never got any big clients or deals implemented successfully . Work culture is horrible, Also top management not cared about employees. so far company is funded by Venture Capital firm, be ready to get fired when they stop funding.

      Good experience building AI systems people are actually using. Opportunities to learn and advance

      Cons

      Senior leadership cannot focus on a task for more than 5 minutes. Scope creep. Insane expectations. No clear direction, no requirements, just overpromising to clients and overselling.
