      Pros

      - lots of internal opportunities on other clients - carefully picked staff (personality of the candidate is taken into account) so that the expirience is a really positive one and it is a pleasure to go to work - anyone can register and go thorough the steps of becoming a luxoft professional trainer

      Cons

      - depending on the client you may have less acess to environments than the client's direct employees - the same con as in any outsouring company, the project may get downsized, but there are projects to go to

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
