      - There are a lot of vacancies; - They pay above average for Brazil CLT;

      Cons

      - The project you will get is basically a bet, the one I got it was very stressful and toxic(also agreed by some other team members); - The company have a lot of vacancies, but they don't give feedback when you apply(They say they value a lot the employees, but it seems it's not the reality);

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
