We are pleased to see that you would recommend Excelian to future employees and that you feel that you have been able to experience lots of exciting projects. The practice do try to keep employees up to date with the pipeline of work via updates in the form of monthly updates, and quarterly townhalls, but I will feed this back to them directly. Thank you.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
