      Pros

      - a relaxed atmosphere - the option to work remotely from Serbia - It depends on the project, but there is a certain degree of stability -especially on projects with open-ended contracts with clients - good work/life balance

      Cons

      - No bonuses, 13th-month salary - They pay market rates (for the consulting industry). But don't expect miracles. - They’re very reluctant to give raises- only once in three years, by a few percentage points, just to keep up with inflation. - Rumor has it that staff numbers are dwindling - people are looking for higher-paying jobs.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
