      Pros

      Good customers with complecated project which allow to get knowledge of reallife experience which you hardly can get at other place.

      Cons

      Pure knoledge sharing, high level of isolation, difficult to grow, low salaries, very pure middle management, almost no professionals on this level. No common stratagy accross the company and no common vision to be shared accross the team

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
