      Good benefits, some really great coworkers (most of whom leave for better opportunities). Good political values. Great clients, progressive work. Diversity reflected in employee pool

      100% remote work is convenient. There's a union

      Cons

      M+R lacks technology, it's extremely bureaucratic. POC folks often complain about micromanagement and lack of promotions. The agency is very performative
