      Pros

      Salary is mediocre.. just a job, health benefits are Harvard Pilgrim and not the best. Seen better with Blue Cross.

      Cons

      Facilities and IS have not seen raises in over 10 years. Before Mapfre bought out Commerce Insurance it was great.. all kinds of bonuses etc. Now cheap pay..cheap benefits... only managers make a comparable wage.

      Good company and great people. Modern tech stack and interesting challenges.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is a little far behind. It can take weeks to get a piece of software installed. Also aggressive deadlines at times
