      Pros

      Lots of opportunities and space to make your mark. Room for improvement and new learning every single day. Professionalism is recognized. Flexible schedules, business casual dress codes and remote work on occasions are a big plus. Everyone works hard.

      Cons

      Communication within established silos need to be carefully managed. If you are not an expert at managing conflicting priorities and personalities you will have a hard time. Few creature comforts than are offered at larger more established companies.
