Cons

1- Executive team is just interested in making their own salaries 2-Laid off employees are shown the door like they are some criminals 3-They let go off all the experienced employees 4-Third round of lay offs from January - July 2017 - tells us that the company is in serious financial trouble 5-Upper mgmt is inconsistent with their decisions 6-Restructuring teams every 2-3 months leaving the poor employees completely confused

MDLIVE continues to grow rapidly in an evolving and emerging new market. As the market evolution occurs, the skills and talents of the team need to adjust as the company matures and grows. Unfortunately, the adjustments in the team makeup are sometimes tough decisions but necessary to ensure the company continues to thrive going forward. Management does not take the changes lightly and at all times attempts to adapt with as little impact on our people as possible. As always, your ideas and impressions are important – the door is always open to current and new team members as we map out the future for healthcare. Please contact MDLIVE HR to discuss your concerns.
