Thank you for your feedback. The Call Center Management team is extremely happy to hear you are enjoying your Call Center position and find the office accommodations amendable and the benefits offered competitive. Our Health Service Specialists are vital to our organization and provide front line representation to our patients and providers. MDLIVE offers a generous unlimited PTO policy; however, we do experience heavy consult volume during our seasonal period and must maintain staffing levels to meet the demand. In addition, overtime is permissible as needed based upon the needs of the business. Opportunities for performance merit increases and bonuses are possible as metrics are achieved annually. MDLIVE and employees are continuing to work hard to accomplish our goals and reward for performance.
