Terrible Culture. Harassment and Toxic work environment - Marketing Specialist MDLIVE Employee Review

Looks promising from the outside but working here will be a waste of your time. Ineffective management. They don’t respect themselves and they don’t respect you. Instead of supporting employees they just want to play the blame game and point fingers instead of actually getting the job done. Everyone is looking for an opportunity to throw you under the bus. If you actually do something right you become the next target. The few employees that have been here longer than a year are the worst culprits of the negative culture because all the good ones are long gone. Managers shame employees. Some even go as far as creating mockery videos and puppet dolls of former employees. Company's culture runs on harassment, mockery and shaming of employees. There is no recognition or loyalty for hard-work. I go to work everyday, never take a day off and even work nights and weekends in efforts to meet already unrealistic deadlines, and I got shame, humiliation, and disrespect in return.
