      Freedom to explore and innovate. Great cross functional teams, with constant effort towards communication.

      Cons

      At times, boundaries amongst teams are crossed, but it's something I'm noticing an improvement on.

      Low pay per hour relative to private practice, little ability to select the type of clients you work with.
