Pros
I enjoyed working here until about the last 3 years. The culture used to be great but that was with the previous executive team. The engineering team has been slashed and shipped overseas. The marketing was payed off at least 3 times during my time. New pay rangers are extremely low compared to what they were paying new hires as of 2023.
Cons
There is no clear strategy to grow. There was a lot of opportunity to grow but seems like the compony is looking to outsource most of their engineering overseas. The company has had over 3 rounds of layoffs in the past 4ish years and from I have seen they are still letting go people who have been there for years. The new set of executives are more about cutting cost and much less about the people. Not what it used to be.
