Pros
- Challenging work - Talented and skilled staff in a broad range of business and IT areas - Opportunity for transferring to other areas and career path - Quite a few new members of upper management who are putting in the effort to change the things that aren't working with work culture and prioritization issues - Important work that they do - Charity focused company - Good Benefits
Cons
- A lot of organizational change in the past - Changing priorities (this is being worked on currently) - Areas of work have been siloed in the past but this is getting better
