      Pros

      Not much to say other than cool mission. Unfortunately there's a lot of really good ICs reporting to really bad leaders that never seem to leave the company.

      Cons

      Pay, opportunity, leaders, etc. Been around too many personalities that think MISO is somehow a unicorn, it's not. There's a million companies doing much cooler work with much cooler tech at a much larger scale.

      The people, the benefits, the company mission.

      Cons

      I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

      Fantastic co-workers, great place to learn and get experience. Financial / health benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership who can't be honest because they have a bad habit of believing their own BS. Ever seen the reality TV show 'The Traitors'? It's kind like that.
