Pros
The people are very smart and kind for the most part. The building, technology, and overall environment is shiny and new. The work/life balance is great - there is always an opportunity to get involved with things that aren't work related.
Cons
Your experience is very dependent on your manager and senior manager and you will only get growth opportunities if you have a great relationship with your manager. They have a percentage cap on raises. I was promoted to 3 times but made way less than my peers because of it. Executive leadership has "favorites".
