A fast paced and dynamic work setting with room to grow. People are great and genuine.

Not everyone comes in to the office

The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
