Pros
MRM/McCann is a very easy place to like. The environmnent is open and friendly, but never intrusive on a person's concentration or privacy. The people I worked with were universally congenial, the coffee and non-alcoholic refreshments were plentiful and good, and the work was never onerous. There were many office events, including National Pi Day—when pies were served to the staff! Small good things add up and at MRM, they add up to a very pleasant place to work. MRM management has figured out an important truth about work: liking where you work is almost as important as liking what you do.
Cons
MRM/McCann is located in the Carnegie Center near Princeton, NJ, which is at the end of a fairly long commute for a New Yorker or North Jersey person. But once you get to the office, you quickly forget the journey.
