Positive work culture but top-down management style - Human Resources MSCI Employee Review

Users say... "Growth oriented and good culture" "Great People and Products." "Good benefits and PTO/ sick days" "Salary is good (even though yearly increase could be more as inflation is much more)" "Pay is good (though I hear its been coming way down)"
