      Great extras offered - Golf and bowling leagues, lots of events, and other cool things outside of work. Solid work-life balance. Flexible Schedules.

      Cons

      Some issues with the culture. It was challenging to find time available to meet with my manager after they changed the structure. Poor communication of what is expected by management.
