Pros
Have made some good hires in the last year trying to fix some ongoing problems.
Cons
Very poor upper leadership, especially the CEO. Unable to hold sales accountable for selling unprofitable work. Blames Operations and Finance including trusted good employees, for all the issues. Trying to acquire a company? Laughable.
