Pros
Very talented and brilliant people. The only reason anything every gets done correctly is because the workers are usually more brilliant than management is inept.
Cons
Management is inept, narcissistic, unaware of the issues their employees face, and instead of giving people the tools they need to do their jobs, management just says "work smarter not harder". HR has no interest in trying to resolve any issues with management. I suspect that many of the positive reviews given here are just planted by HR.
