Pros
Cheap to live here vs. pay. Getting off early or getting (non) paid days off is easy.
Cons
The company has no long term vision. Its all short sighted gains to get to the next quarter. Crack down on poor folks on the manufacturing floor is very unfair. They don't sell a product you can just "buy" off the shelf. Everything is custom designed and made for every customer, which means little profit margins.
