Pros
Benefits are average. Lots of experienced co workers who are very knowledgeable. People really step up and try to help each other, despite managements attempt to silo every group from each other.
Cons
Management gets in the way. Too many processes that slow down the ability to deliver to the customer. Management is clueless as to how things really get done and just end up being an obstacle to work around.
