Cons
MTS is focused on short term gains with ramping up production end of each quarter, forced OT (with no work to do) and unrealistic goals so the general employees don't receive a bonus/profit sharing but upper management still gets 5 figure bonuses. There is little room to move within the company your better off changing companies for a promotion. The upper management turns over ever 2-3 years with drastic changes to the company with layoffs of random employees from 30 years of experience to ones that had less then a year. There is a general lack of moral with in MTS and most internal department groups have little to no faith in the management, lots of seasoned workers who are just fed up with the constant change.
