Pros
The people at MTS are extremely qualified in their respective positions. Many people have advanced degrees and many years of experience. Four day work weeks in the summer are nice as well.
Cons
MTS is investing too much in the stagnant testing systems division. They should be reallocating capital to the more profitable sensors division, especially with the growing trends of big data and internet of things.
