Pros
Although MTS has lost a handful of its most experienced and talented engineers in recent years, it is still a very rewarding company to work for. There are always new and challenging projects to work on that really exercise the engineering thought process.
Cons
MTS has been undergoing quite a few management/ownership changes the last couple of years that have created much uncertainty in regards to the companies future. Salaries have also been mostly stagnant for the last three years.
