Pros
Many loyal employees who truly care about the customer experience and building great products. The sales pipeline is strong.
Cons
Upper management only focuses on quarterly results vs. a 5 year outlook. Depending on the department, the organizational culture can sometimes be toxic. The company needs to continue investing in process improvements as process is lacking.
